Rush Radio is a fan-operated internet radio station that streams the music of Rush. We are not Rush, Anthem, or any official Rush organization. This policy explains what we collect when you visit rushradio.org, listen, sign in, or contact us.
What we collect
If you only listen, we may collect technical data: IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, and that the player was started or stopped. If you create a member account, we collect the name, email, password, and (if you use text sign-in) mobile number you give us. If you write to us or submit a form, we keep what you send.
How we use it
We use this information to run the station, keep the stream and site working, sign you in, send sign-in codes, answer mail, and understand what listeners use. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and similar tools
The site uses cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure traffic. You can block cookies in your browser. The player and member tools may not work without them.
Text messages and email
If you choose mobile sign-in, we send one-time codes by text. Message and data rates may apply. We do not use that number for marketing texts unless you separately opt in. You can stop account emails by using the unsubscribe link or writing us.
Sharing
We share information with the services that host the site, the stream, email, and text delivery — only as needed to operate Rush Radio. We may disclose information if the law requires it or to protect the station and other listeners.
How long we keep it
Account data stays while the account is open and for a reasonable time after. Server and stream logs are kept only as long as needed to run and secure the station.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account information by contacting us. You can close a member account the same way. California and other U.S. residents may have additional rights under state law; email us to use them.
Children
Rush Radio is for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think we have, contact us and we will delete it.
Rush, names, and music
Rush, related names, logos, album art, and recordings belong to their owners. Collecting or showing them on this fan station does not change that. This policy is about your information, not those marks.
Changes
We may update this page. The “last updated” date will change. Keep using the site after a change means you accept the new policy.
