These terms govern use of Rush Radio (the website, stream, member area, and related pages). By visiting, listening, or creating an account, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the station.

Who we are
Rush Radio is an independent fan station streaming the music of Rush. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rush, Geddy Lee, Alex Lifeson, the estate of Neil Peart, Anthem, or any official Rush company. “Rush Radio” is our station name, not an official band service. We promote official merchandise and rush related products.

The stream
The live player is provided as-is. We may change the playlist, take the stream down, or limit access at any time. We do not promise uninterrupted audio, a specific song, or that the station will stay online forever.

Accounts
Member accounts are for listeners 13 or older. You are responsible for your login, password, and phone number. Do not share an account. We may suspend an account that is abused, automated, or used to attack the site or stream.

Your conduct
Do not scrape, copy, or rebroadcast the stream as your own station. Do not upload malware, harass other members, or post anything illegal in community areas. We may remove content and accounts that break these rules.

Intellectual property
The site design, Rush Radio name, and our original writing belong to Rush Radio. Rush’s music, lyrics, names, logos, and images belong to their respective owners. You get a limited license to use this site and listen for personal, non-commercial use. You do not get any right to copy, sell, or redistribute the recordings.

Links
We may link to official Rush pages, community sites, merch, or other third parties. Those sites have their own terms. We are not responsible for them.

Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top will update. Continued use after a change is acceptance.
